Tutoring sessions
One-to-one tutoring sessions are booked directly with Kian Eratne. Session packages, timings and cancellation notice are agreed individually at the time of booking. Please give as much notice as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel a session — sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice may not be refundable, at my discretion, since the time slot cannot usually be resold.
Digital products (Practice Packs, 30-Day Programme & other online resources)
Digital products purchased on this site — including the 100-Question Practice Packs, the 400-Question Bundle, the 30-Day 11+ Practice Programme, and other downloadable or online resources — grant access to content instantly via an access code, delivered to the email address used at checkout.
Because these are digital products delivered instantly and immediately accessible, and by their nature cannot be "returned" once the content has been viewed, all digital product sales are final and non-refundable once an access code has been issued, except where the product is faulty, materially not as described, or not delivered due to an error on my part.
If you experience a genuine technical problem accessing a product you've paid for — for example, you didn't receive your access code, or a section of a pack won't unlock — please get in touch and I will fix it or provide a refund if I can't.
Pricing
All prices are shown in GBP and include any applicable taxes. I reserve the right to change prices for future purchases at any time; this does not affect products you've already bought.
Access codes
Access codes are for the personal use of the purchaser. Please don't share or resell your access code.

These terms may be updated from time to time; the version shown on this page is the one that applies at the time of your purchase.
